Our automated phased array and TOFD systems travel around each weld on a guided band, record the full volume and give an accept/reject decision on site, so the line keeps moving.

Who we are

Five decades behind Greece's major energy projects.

NDT Metals (Pileidis Thomas & Co) was established in 1999, continuing work in non destructive testing and post weld heat treatment that began in 1973.

Our accredited laboratory in the Neochorouda Industrial Park, Thessaloniki, supports field crews equipped with X-ray crawlers, gamma sources, PAUT/TOFD systems and mobile darkroom trucks.
