We have performed heat treatment since 1973. We perform post weld heat treatment (PWHT), preheating and stress relieving on pipelines, power plant piping, manifolds and pressure vessels.
Our induction and resistance heating units control up to 12 zones each, with thermocouples on every zone and continuous recording, so every cycle comes with a full temperature chart for the client file.
All methods are carried out by personnel certified to EN ISO 9712, on site or at our laboratory in Thessaloniki.
Controlled heating, soaking and cooling of welds to reduce residual stresses and restore properties.
Preheating before welding and interpass temperature control to avoid cracking.
Stress relief of fabricated components and repairs.
Induction units for fast, uniform heating with low energy loss.
Multi-channel recorders with calibrated thermocouples and full charts per weld.
Hardness verification after treatment to confirm acceptance.
