876.6 MWe Komotini combined cycle power plant completed

Phased array, radiography and post weld heat treatment on one of Greece’s newest power plants.

From March 2023 to February 2025 NDT Metals provided inspection and heat treatment services for the 876.6 MWe combined cycle power plant in Komotini.

Our scope combined phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), radiography with X-ray and gamma sources, penetrant, magnetic particle and ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, PMI and post weld heat treatment of high-energy piping.
